Don't Ignore The Insider Selling In Civeo

Simply Wall St·11/07/2026 12:33:28
Listen to the news

Some Civeo Corporation (NYSE:CVEO) shareholders may be a little concerned to see that the CEO, President & Director, Bradley Dodson, recently sold a substantial US$866k worth of stock at a price of US$37.17 per share. However, that sale only accounted for 8.9% of their holding, so arguably it doesn't say much about their conviction.

Civeo Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Notably, that recent sale by Bradley Dodson is the biggest insider sale of Civeo shares that we've seen in the last year. So we know that an insider sold shares at around the present share price of US$34.25. While insider selling is a negative, to us, it is more negative if the shares are sold at a lower price. We note that this sale took place at around the current price, so it isn't a major concern, though it's hardly a good sign.

In the last year Civeo insiders didn't buy any company stock. You can see the insider transactions (by companies and individuals) over the last year depicted in the chart below. If you want to know exactly who sold, for how much, and when, simply click on the graph below!

This level of insider ownership is good but just short of being particularly stand-out. It certainly does suggest a reasonable degree of alignment.
