The updates support ERAYAK's long-term strategy to combine fuel-powered generation, battery energy storage and intelligent power management for portable and home backup applications.
Ruike's new facility has entered the final construction acceptance phase, while the Company's independently developed tri-fuel inverter generator, targeting up to 16 kW of rated output from a single unit, is approaching pilot production. ERAYAK is also advancing multiple energy storage programs that will serve as building blocks for future hybrid power systems.
ERAYAK's currently available generators can be explored through its official retail website; distributors and commercial customers can find partnership information at ERAYAK Business. The new generator, storage and hybrid platforms described in this release remain under development or in pilot-production preparation and are not yet offered for commercial sale.
Ruike's new manufacturing facility is an addition to the Company's manufacturing footprint rather than a relocation of existing capacity. The facility has entered the final construction acceptance phase, and the Company expects the acceptance process for all main buildings to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
ERAYAK plans to start production on relevant lines in phases from the fourth quarter of 2026 through the fourth quarter of 2027, subject to acceptance results, equipment commissioning and product introduction schedules. The facility will primarily support next-generation portable tri-fuel generators and battery energy storage products, with capacity to be brought online progressively.
The energy storage portion of the project has a planned annual design capacity of 150 MWh. This is a design-capacity figure, not an estimate of initial effective capacity or actual annual output; it does not represent generator manufacturing capacity.
16 kW Tri-Fuel Inverter Generator Approaches Pilot Production
ERAYAK is preparing its independently developed high-power tri-fuel inverter generator platform for pilot production. The single-unit design targets up to 16 kW of rated output and is planned to support gasoline, propane and natural gas.
A two-unit parallel configuration is also planned, with a targeted combined output in the 32 kW class. Rated output may differ by fuel type; the final output ratings, parallel-operation capability and product specifications remain subject to testing and validation. Pilot production will focus on process readiness, manufacturing consistency and product verification. The Company is also exploring automatic transfer switch (ATS) compatibility and associated control solutions for home backup applications.
Energy Storage Roadmap Spans Portable and Home Backup Applications
The Company is developing battery energy storage products across several targeted rated-output classes: approximately 1.8–2 kW, 3.6–4 kW, 5 kW, 7 kW, 10 kW and 13 kW. The near-term priority is a portable unit targeting approximately 1.8–2 kW of rated output and 1 kWh of battery capacity for camping, mobile power and short-duration backup of essential household loads.
Later stages of the roadmap include products in the approximately 3.6–4 kW output class with around 2 kWh of base storage, followed by higher-power and modular capacity-expansion options. ERAYAK is also developing an approximately 90 Wh USB-C power bank for personal electronics and mobile work. All output and storage figures are development targets; final specifications may change as the designs are refined.
Two Hybrid Architectures: Integrated Portable Power and Home Backup
Beyond standalone products, ERAYAK intends to use its generator and battery platforms to develop two complementary hybrid architectures. The first is an integrated portable generator that brings together a fuel-powered generating unit, battery storage, power conversion and intelligent controls within a coordinated system. The engine would replenish energy while the battery assists with rapid load changes and power delivery. The engineering objective is to achieve higher usable power density and improve weight, size, fuel utilization and portability for defined loads and operating conditions.
The second architecture is a home backup system pairing an outdoor fuel-powered generator with a separate battery unit and coordinated energy management. In the proposed design, the generator supplies a replenishable source of energy outdoors, while the battery can supply household loads from an approved indoor or other permitted installation location. Fuel-powered generators, including integrated hybrid units containing an engine, must always be operated outdoors in accordance with safety requirements. The Company is exploring automatic coordination and UPS-style continuity for appropriate configurations; performance, transfer behavior and installation requirements remain subject to product-specific engineering and validation.
North American Brand Growth and ODM Partnerships
ERAYAK expects to prioritize the North American rollout of its own-brand products, using its established retail and distribution channels to reach consumers. Shoppers can review the existing ERAYAK inverter generator collection, including the commercially available 6800PT tri-fuel inverter generator. These currently marketed models should not be confused with the new product-development programs announced here.
Alongside its own-brand priorities, the Company plans to use available manufacturing resources and shared technology platforms to pursue customized development and original design manufacturing (ODM) opportunities. ERAYAK expects to provide updates on future products, final specifications, launch timing and purchasing channels when relevant development and commercialization milestones have been reached.
