Shiyao Group (01093): Phase I/II clinical trial of SYS6055 injection for the treatment of relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma was officially launched at the first research center in China

Zhitong Finance App News, Shiyao Group (01093) announced that the phase I/II clinical trial (SYS6055-003) of the SYS6055 injection developed by the Group to treat relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma has been officially launched at the first research center in China.

This product is an internal CAR-T product. CAR-T cells targeting CD19 are directly generated in the body through lentiviral vectors, and target cells can be specifically identified and removed to achieve therapeutic purposes. Compared with traditional CAR-T products, this product has potential clinical advantages in terms of cost, accessibility and timeliness of medication. Previously, the product showed good safety and initial efficacy signals in a phase I/II clinical trial on participants with relapsed/refractory aggressive B-cell lymphoma, which is still ongoing.

The Group received the “Drug Clinical Trial Approval Notice” issued by the China Drug Administration in October 2026, and initiated the SYS6055-003 clinical trial after approval to explore the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic characteristics and initial efficacy signals of this product in participants with relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Currently, the recruitment and screening of participants is being actively promoted.
