04:59 AM EST, 11/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Uniper (UN0.F) will propose a dividend of 321 million euros, or 0.77 euro per share, for full-year 2026, up from 300 million euros, or 0.72 euro per share, in the year-ago period. The proposal remains subject to the German state-owned utility's final net income and shareholder approval at the annual general meeting in 2027, according to a Friday release.
