The Zhitong Finance App learned that on November 6, the Silicon Industry Branch released a weekly review of silicon wafers & batteries. According to Antec statistics, silicon wafer prices are operating under pressure this week. Among them, the average transaction price of N-type G10L monocrystalline silicon wafers (182*183.75mm/130 μm) was 0.97 yuan/sheet, a decrease of 3.96% from week to month; the average transaction price of N-type G12R monocrystalline silicon wafers (182*210mm/130 μm) was 1.01 yuan/piece, a decrease of 1.94% from week to month; and the average transaction price of N-type G12 monocrystalline silicon wafers (210*210 mm/130 μm) was 1.12 yuan/sheet, down 2.61% from week to month. Cell prices have been running steadily this week. Among them, the average transaction price for M10 cells is 0.29 yuan/piece, the average transaction price for G12R cells is 0.305 yuan/piece, and the average transaction price for G12 cells is 0.30 yuan/piece. According to research, there was no change in module prices this week. The mainstream component price was 0.69-0.71 yuan/W, the same as last week.

Market sentiment was negative this week. There were few downstream procurement orders. The game between buyers and sellers in the silicon wafer market intensified, and silicon wafer prices were falling under pressure. Specifically, on the supply side: various companies have started construction smoothly, the operating load has not been reduced, and the supply of silicon wafers is relaxed; on the demand side: affected by weak terminal demand and high downstream inventories, battery companies mainly digest inventory and are less willing to buy. Combined with battery companies' subsequent production reduction plans, their demand for silicon wafers will be further reduced. According to research, there has been no significant change in the overall operating rate of the industry this week. Among them, the operating rates of the two first-tier enterprises are 46% and 45% respectively, the operating rate of integrated enterprises is between 50% and 60%, and the operating rate of the rest of the enterprises is between 50% and 70%. There was no change in the battery market this week. As centralized power plant projects progressed one after another in the fourth quarter, demand for cells was relatively stable, and there was no significant price fluctuation.

Looking ahead to the future market, the silicon wafer sector: Although silicon wafer companies are more willing to raise prices under cost pressure, the weak demand for terminals has not improved yet. The overall market atmosphere is still pessimistic, and the silicon wafer market price is likely to continue its downward trend. Battery sector: Recently, the price of silver powder has continued to decline, cost support has weakened, demand for superimposed installed equipment is average, and battery prices are trending downward under pressure.
