French Trade Deficit Widens in September

Analysts expected a 5.8 billion-euro trade deficit for the month. Exports stood at 55.34 billion euros, compared with a revised 54.28 billion euros earlier, while imports rose to 62.66 billion euros from a revised 60.25 billion euros.
