Rightmove Plc Updates FY26 Outlook

The British property portal operator upgraded its underlying EPS growth outlook to at least 7% for 2026 from the previous guidance of at least 5%. The company expects revenue growth of 6% to 7%, compared with its previous forecast range of 6% to 8%. Underlying operating profit growth is expected to be at least 3%, from the previous guidance range of 3% to 5%. For 2027, the company expects revenue growth to remain similar to 2026. Underlying operating profit is expected to grow 4% to 7%, while the underlying EPS is projected to grow at least 10%.
