El.En Wraps Up Sale of Majority Stake in Laser Cutting Systems Business to Germany's Trumpf

(ELN.MI) concluded the sale of an 80% stake in Cutlite, which holds the Cutlite Penta laser cutting machines unit, to Trumpf International Beteiligungs. The deal includes a maximum consideration of 21 million euros, with 13 million euros paid at closing and the remainder based on the business's financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2029, according to a Thursday release. The Italy-based laser technology group will retain a 20% residual stake in the business for three years.
