• Monthly Unique Payers ("MUPs") increased approximately 13% to 4.1 million in the three months ended September 30, 2026, compared to the three months ended September 30, 2025. This increase reflects strong unique payer retention and new customer acquisition across our Sportsbook, iGaming and Predictions offerings.
• Average Revenue per MUP ("ARPMUP") increased approximately 3%, or $3, to $109 for the three months ended September 30, 2026, compared to the three months ended September 30, 2025, primarily due to an improvement in Sportsbook net revenue margin.
