Galantas Gold Plans Listing Move to London's Main Market

11:10 AM EST, 11/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Galantas Gold (GAL.L) plans to apply for the transfer of its listing to the London bourse's main market from the AIM segment. The gold and copper miner said Thursday that the move reflects its strategy of becoming a mid-tier gold producer with assets in Chile, and aligns with the planned transfer of its Canadian shares to the Toronto Stock Exchange from the TSX Venture Exchange. Cancellation of Galantas shares on AIM is expected to take place no earlier than Dec. 4, while admission to the main market is anticipated before Dec. 31. Galantas added that it will not raise funds or offer any new securities in line with the admission.
