King Kong Solar (300093.SZ) subsidiary signed a cloud computing power service contract with a total price not exceeding 1,536 billion yuan

According to Zhitong Finance App News, King Kong Solar (300093.SZ) announced that Jiuquan King Kong Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiuquan King Kong”), a holding subsidiary of the company, signed a “Computing Power Cloud Service Contract” with computing power customer A on November 5, 2026. Jiuquan King Kong provided it with cloud services and delivered all computing power nodes in batches. The service period for each batch was 60 months. The estimated total price of cloud service fees including tax under this contract shall not exceed 1,536 billion yuan, of which the first batch and second batch of cloud service fees total 384 million yuan including tax. The service price for subsequent batches can be adjusted according to the mechanism agreed in the contract. The actual total amount is based on the actual delivery quantity and execution price for each batch confirmed by both parties. The settlement model uses a “pay first, then service” and prepaid settlement is carried out on a quarterly basis.
