After selection and approval by the audit committee of the company's board of directors, the company's board resolution recommended the appointment of Ernst & Young Huaming Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (EY Huaming) as the company's 2026 A-share financial statements and internal control auditor; and Ernst & Young (EY Hong Kong) as the company's 2026 H-share financial statement auditor. If the proposed appointment is approved by the shareholders' meeting, the terms of office of EY Huaming and EY Hong Kong will begin on the date of approval at the relevant shareholders' meeting and end at the end of the company's next annual shareholders' meeting.
