(hereinafter referred to as “Jiujiang Tianci”) signed a “Long-term Supply Agreement” with Huizhou Everweft Lithium Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Everweft Lithium Energy”). According to the agreement, Jiujiang Tianci promised to supply 450,000 tons of electrolyte products to Everweft Lithium from 2027 to 2029. The specific purchase volume, purchase unit price, quality standards, etc. are subject to the purchase order, quality agreement and other documents confirmed by both parties.

The agreement is a framework agreement for electrolyte supply. The agreed purchase volume is the demand predicted by both parties.
