Chizicheng Technology (09911) cancelled a total of 3.276,000 shares and repurchased shares

According to Zhitong Finance App, Chizicheng Technology (09911) announced that a total of 3.276,000 shares (repurchased shares) purchased by the Company from October 2, 2026 to October 30, 2026 were cancelled on November 5, 2026. The total number of issued shares of the Company has been reduced from 1,395 million shares to 1,392 million shares. After cancelling the repurchased shares, the Company still complies with the minimum public shareholding requirements under the Stock Exchange Securities Listing Rules (Listing Rules).

The Board believes that cancelling the repurchased shares will increase the net asset value and/or profit per share, which is in the overall interests of the Company and its shareholders.
