Siemens Healthineers to Spin Off In Vitro Diagnostics Business

03:15 AM EST, 11/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Siemens Healthineers (SHL.F) intends to spin off its in vitro diagnostics business as it plans to rebrand itself as Healthineers. The medical technology company launched the carve-out process for the unit, which will operate as a standalone entity under the name Olyrian Diagnostics, according to a Thursday release. The transition, to be rolled out in phases, is expected to be completed by mid-2028. The unit will remain part of Siemens Healthineers during the transition.
