The plan is to coordinate actions in 2027 to deal with high energy prices, eliminate single market barriers, establish key European raw materials companies, improve savings and investment alliance plans, and propose a blueprint for artificial intelligence applications to promote its application in medical care, transportation, agri-food, manufacturing, defense and aerospace; continue to expand defense investment, promote cooperation with the Ukrainian defense industry, strengthen external border security, and modernize the Schengen visa system; propose the European Water Resources Initiative and the European Heatwave Response Plan; deepen strategic cooperation with Canada and other partners to continue to support Ukraine; cooperate with Eurogroup and the European Central Bank Strengthen the international role of the euro and promote legislative negotiations related to the digital euro.
