SPPC Plans SAR180 Million Capital Raise

(SASE:4270), or SPPC's, board is proposing to raise the company's share capital by 180 million Saudi riyals by way of a rights offer. The printing company said Wednesday that the proceeds will be used to boost its financial position and fund its business operations and strategy. The capital increase remains subject to regulatory clearances and shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting. Wasatah Capital will serve as the financial adviser and underwriter for the transaction.
