TotalEnergies SE (NYSE:TTE) shares are in focus premarket after signing a 15-year LNG supply agreement with China’s Jiangsu Guoxin Group.
As per the deal, TotalEnergies will supply 900,000 tons of LNG annually for 15 years starting in 2028, subject to finalizing sales and purchase agreements (SPAs).
Deliveries will go to Jiangsu Guoxin Group’s new LNG terminal in Rudong to support city gas supply and flexible power generation. Jiangsu is China’s second-largest province by GDP and natural gas consumption.
TotalEnergies said the deal expands its long-term LNG sales portfolio in China, one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing LNG importing markets.

This week, TotalEnergies signed a five-year LNG supply agreement with ADNOC Gas in the United Arab Emirates covering up to 1.6 million metric tons, with deliveries expected to begin in 2026. TotalEnergies said the deal will strengthen its LNG portfolio and supply position across Europe and Asia.
Also, separately, TotalEnergies Marketing USA has signed a distribution agreement with SSF Imported Auto Parts to expand the availability of ELF passenger car motor oils across the U.S. SSF will distribute the products through its 13 distribution centers, targeting automotive professionals and enthusiasts.
