Zhitong Finance App learned that ECX.US (ECX.US), a global automotive intelligence full-stack solution service provider, today announced financial data for the third quarter of 2026. The company's revenue and shipment volume continued to grow this quarter. Faced with phased pressure such as rising global memory chip costs, the company's core business continued to grow, full-stack technology layout and global business expansion continued to advance, and the revenue guidelines for the full year 2026 remained unchanged.

Financial reports show that the company's total revenue for the third quarter reached US$241 million, up 10% year on year and 7% month on month. The quarterly shipment volume is about 721,000 units, and a total of 5 major brands and 21 new models equipped with the company's technical solutions have been mass-produced, covering markets such as Southeast Asia, Europe, and South America. The core business growth resilience is outstanding. The gross margin for the quarter was 7% due to global increases in the prices of raw materials such as storage and PCBs. The company is maintaining the 2026 revenue guideline of 1 billion to 1.1 billion US dollars by hedging cost impacts through price adjustments, supply chain optimization, product structure upgrades, and lean operations.

Another breakthrough in global business. By the end of September, Yigatong Technology's intelligent solutions had been installed in more than 12 million vehicles around the world, and 23 new designated models were added in the third quarter. Volkswagen Group's Latin American project is being developed steadily and is scheduled to be launched in 2027; the company is also building a joint AI cockpit innovation laboratory with a European luxury car company to build a next-generation cockpit system based on Flyme Auto. The corresponding model is expected to be launched by the end of 2026. The product side continues to evolve to high-end solutions such as Yikatong Antola® and Yikatong Parker®, consolidating the integrated competitiveness of software and hardware.

At the level of sustainable governance, Yigatong Technology officially joined the Scientific Carbon Targets Initiative (SBTi) in July this year to promote carbon emission reduction based on the scientific path, while integrating responsible AI, data security, and network compliance throughout the R&D and operation process, incorporating ESG into the long-term management framework.

Shen Ziyu, CEO of Yigatong Technology, said that in the third quarter, the company maintained good discipline in product pipeline and financial execution, and core market demand was steady. In October, the company completed the acquisition of Flyme's software business. Flyme AIOS “Super Aicy” launched closed testing, and signed a memorandum of cooperation with Arm to explore next-generation AI computing platforms and further improve the full-stack technology system from underlying computing and software architectures to operating systems and application ecosystems.
