Jerry Co., Ltd. announced that Jerry Oil & Gas Engineering Abu Dhabi Branch, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, received three project award letters from the Abu Dhabi National Petroleum Company Onshore Company of the United Arab Emirates, namely the Ruwais Diyab gas field comprehensive development project, the Bab/North East Bab oil field onshore facility construction project, and the Bu Hasa Oilfield onshore facility construction project. The total amount of the award letter is about US$2,697 million, approximately RMB 18.116 billion. A formal contract has not yet been signed for the above projects, and there is uncertainty about the signing of the contract, which will not have a significant impact on the company's financial situation and operating performance in 2026.
