Electric bicycles within the scope of this recall may not be effective in preventing accidents such as electric shock and fire due to electrical devices, chargers, batteries, and short circuit protection items that do not meet the requirements of GB17761-2018, GB42295-2022 and Revised Order No. 1, which poses a safety hazard.
