According to Zhitong Finance App, China Dredging & Environmental Protection (00871) announced that from November 4, 2026: (1) Mr. Chen Yiliang has been appointed as an executive director; (2) Mr. Liang Jianhong has resigned as company secretary and authorized representative from November 4, 2026; and (3) Mr. Gan Junying has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative since November 4, 2026.

The appointment of Mr. Chen Yiliang as an executive director has been approved, with effect from November 4, 2026.

Mr. Liang Jianhong has resigned as company secretary and authorized representative of the Company with effect from November 4, 2026.

Mr. Kam Chun-ying was appointed as the Company Secretary and Authorized Representative of the Company with effect from November 4, 2026.
