According to Shuoshi Biotech's announcement, due to a private loan dispute, the court ruled to take protective measures against the relevant property: freeze 1,7451 million unrestricted tradable shares of the company held by the controlling shareholder Runkang Biotech until October 8, 2029; freeze 7.9872% partnership share of Runkang Biotech held by actual controller Fang Yongsheng on October 12, 2026, for the preservation period until October 11, 2029. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Runkang Biotech held 34.1702 million shares of the company, accounting for 27.53% of the total share capital; the cumulative frozen shares accounted for 5.11% of its holdings, accounting for 1.41% of the total share capital. This freeze will not cause changes in the controlling shareholders or actual controllers of the company, and will not have a significant impact on production and operation. However, if the dispute is not properly resolved and the execution process is initiated, the relevant frozen assets may be judicially disposed of, or affect the stability of the company's control rights. Furthermore, Runkang Biotech is currently involved in a lawsuit. If the relevant lawsuit results in a change in its partnership structure or survival status, there is a risk that the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers will change.
