This time, it is proposed to raise no more than 40 billion yuan to invest in the Jiangsu Xuwei Nuclear Energy Heating Project, the Zhejiang Jinqimen Nuclear Power Project, and bank loan repayment. It is planned to invest 1.3 billion yuan and 1.5 billion yuan respectively. As of the date the response was issued, the construction progress of the Jiangsu and Zhejiang projects was about 10% and 15% respectively, and all required filing and approval of the projects had been completed. The funds raised will be invested in the project implementation entity through loans, and interest will be collected according to the bank loan interest rate for the same period. The remaining capital gap will be solved through self-financing such as own funds and bank loans.
