According to the simplified case disclosure form for operators, on September 23, 2026, BYD Co., Ltd. and Auto Group Co., Ltd. signed a joint venture agreement and supplementary agreement to jointly establish a private company limited by shares in Hong Kong. The joint venture will only be engaged in the investment, construction, operation and maintenance of public charging stations for new energy vehicles and related charging infrastructure in Hong Kong, as well as sales and after-sales service of charging equipment and related products. After the deal, BYD Hong Kong and Auto Group will each hold 50% of the joint venture and jointly control the joint venture.
