According to the Supreme Prosecution, according to law, the procuratorial authorities separately prosecuted Wang Jiangjun, former member of the Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and former deputy director of the Social and Legislative Affairs Committee; Meng Fugui, former director of the Standing Committee of the Jincheng Municipal People's Congress in Shanxi Province; Yang Chunquan, former party group secretary and director of the Shanxi Investment Promotion Bureau; and Zhang Yiwei, former deputy director of the Yunnan Dehong State People's Congress Standing Committee.
