On November 4, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Mao Ning presided over a regular press conference. An AFP reporter asked a question. According to the Financial Times, Beijing, Moscow, and Washington are working to arrange for the first meeting between China, Russia, and the US dollar during the APEC meeting in Shenzhen. Can China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirm whether there are plans to hold a meeting between the three heads of state? In response, Mao Ning said, “China is maintaining communication with relevant parties regarding the first meeting between China, Russia, and the US dollar.”
