HSBC Issues $4.25 Billion Senior Notes

11:15 PM EST, 11/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- HSBC Holdings (HSBA.L) issued two series of fixed/floating-rate senior unsecured notes with a combined principal amount of $4.25 billion. The British lender said Tuesday that the issuance comprised $1.75 billion of 5.819% notes due 2032 and $2.50 billion of 6.262% notes due 2037. Both series will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
