Fulin Seiko announced that on November 1, 2026, a fire broke out in the heat transfer oil pipe gallery on the east side of the No. 2 grinding plant under construction of Inner Mongolia Fujianji New Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangxi Shenghua New Materials Co., Ltd., the holding subsidiary of the company. The open flames have all been extinguished, causing no injuries or equipment burns. The damage was concentrated on the heat transfer oil pipe gallery and corresponding exterior wall, and the amount of direct damage is being assessed. The project is still in the construction and commissioning stage. It has not been officially put into operation. It will not affect the core equipment of the main production line, and will not have a substantial adverse impact on the company's project construction and capacity planning arrangements.
