According to the news, recently, SHEIN agreed to pay 100 million US dollars to resolve the US FTC investigation into product delivery delays and consumer complaints. This amount is equivalent to about 44% of SHEIN's profit for the second quarter of this year. SHEIN disclosed in listing documents that its US business is being investigated by the FTC and suggests that the findings could result in significant financial expenses. The settlement amount disclosed this time marks an important step forward in the investigation.

Guoxin Securities pointed out that in the past year, the US and the EU have successively abolished the small package tax exemption policy, directly causing incremental tariff costs to the company, and consumer orders were suppressed in the short term after the company's price adjustments were transferred; however, judging from quarterly trends, the US market has shown a month-on-month improvement, and the European market is expected to recover steadily thereafter. We expect revenue growth in 2027-2028 to be about a single digit high. The bank also pointed out that if oil prices fall back, it will facilitate a rebound in profits.
