Zhitong Financial App News, Changjiang Life Technology (00775) announced that Sequencio Therapeutics Company Limited (“Shunpu Pharmaceutical Technology”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, will present the latest research data on its leading cancer vaccine projects at the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Society for Cancer Immunotherapy (SITC) held in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, respectively, the TROP2 circRNA-LNP vaccine and PD-L1/PRAME antigen vaccine.
Together, these studies provide pre-clinical support for several key aspects of the Prime-Infiltrate—Ignite—Translate “PINT” (Prime-Infiltrate—Ignite—Translate “PINT”) research framework of Shunspectrum Pharmaceutical Technology. The study results showed that antigen-specific immune responses were induced, immune activity within the tumor microenvironment was enhanced, and the use of humanized models was helpful in evaluating the potential translational correlation of such observations.
The two projects use complementary strategies to address the two key challenges of cancer immunotherapy: generating effective immune recognition of cancer cells and overcoming tumor-mediated immunosuppression mechanisms. One project combines tumor-targeted vaccines with checkpoint suppression therapy, while the other integrates tumor recognition and immunomodulatory functions in a single dual-antigen vaccine design.
The company believes that the study results provide preclinical evidence, support the expected mechanism of action of cancer vaccines related to Shunspectrum Pharmaceuticals, and show how such programs induce and maintain an anti-tumor immune response. Furthermore, the study results may help provide a reference for future clinical development during the perioperative period. In cases where tumor burden is low, vaccine-induced immune responses are more likely to control residual lesions. The company believes that these encouraging results will further support the continued advancement of the two vaccine candidates into human clinical trials.
