Metir Conditionally Raises GBP1.8 Million via Share Placing, Subscription

11:55 AM EST, 11/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Metir (MET.L) conditionally raised 1.8 million pounds sterling in gross proceeds through a placing and subscription of 645,454,546 new shares priced at 0.00275 pound each. The water and environmental monitoring technology company set up the placing of 509,090,909 shares to raise 1.4 million pounds and the conditional subscription of 136,363,637 shares to raise 375,000 pounds, according to a Tuesday release. Metir will use the net proceeds to support a revised strategy focused on stabilizing and growing revenue streams from its Microtox and QuickChek product ranges, among other purposes.
