Apollo Global Management reported weaker-than-expected Q3 2026 results on Nov. 3, with adjusted EPS of $2.07 and declined from $2.11 in both the prior quarter and year-ago period. The earnings shortfall reflected weaker spread-related earnings, which fell to $844 million from $877 million in Q2 and $871 million a year earlier, and management fees of $1.02 billion came in below the estimate and assets under management of $1.07 trillion missed the consensus. The declines came despite fee-related earnings rising to a record $802 million, above the estimate, and quarterly originations reaching a record $114 billion, up from $74 billion in Q2, as gross inflows slipped to $53 billion.

For the fiscal year ending in December 2026, analysts expect Apollo Global Management’s EPS to grow 8% year-over-year to $7.96. The company’s earnings surprise history is mixed. It beat the consensus estimates in two of the last four quarters while missing on two other occasions.

Among the 23 analysts covering the stock, the consensus rating is a “Moderate Buy.” That’s based on 14 “Strong Buy” ratings, one “Moderate Buy,” and eight “Holds.”
