(“China-US Huadong”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, received the “Notice of Acceptance” issued by the National Drug Administration (NMPA), and the marketing license application for oral small molecule glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist caverillone trometriol tablets (R&D code: HDM1002 tablets) for long-term adult weight control was accepted.

According to reports, carvillerone aminotriol tablets are complete oral small molecule GLP-1 receptor agonists independently developed by Huadong in China and the US with global intellectual property rights. They have oral activity, potency, and high selectivity. Using oral administration once a day, their absorption is not affected by eating or drinking water, and there is no need for strict fasting conditions or waiting time after taking medication, and the dosage method is flexible and convenient. As of September 30, 2026, the company's total direct investment in research and development of the cavilleron tromettriol tablet project (including weight management and hypoglycemic indications) was approximately 507 million yuan (unaudited).
