TCL Industries Holdings Co., Ltd. increased its holdings of TCL Electronics (01070) by approximately 110 million shares at a price of HK$15 per share

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on November 2, TCL Industries Holdings Co., Ltd. increased its holdings of TCL Electronics (01070) by 114,466.6 billion shares, at a price of HK$15 per share, for a total amount of about HK$1,657 billion. The latest number of shares held after the increase was approximately 1,485 billion shares, with a shareholding ratio of 51.51%.

Additional information: Upon completion of the acquisition as set out in the circular of the listed corporation announced August 24, 2026, the shareholding interest of T.C.L. Industries Holdings (H.K.) Limited in the listed corporations was allocated to 47.68%, while TCL NxtHome Global Limited was allotted 110,446,666 allocated shares (3.83%). Our aggregate interest in the listed corporations, through T.C.L. Industries Holdings (H.K.) Limited and TCL NxtHome Global Limited, amounted to amounts 51.51%.
