The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on October 30, Vice Chairman and non-executive director Ni Yinying increased her holdings of China Dragon Gong (03339) by 1.855 million shares, at a price of HK$2,7975 per share, for a total amount of about HK$5.189,400. The latest number of shares held after the increase was approximately 2,476 billion shares, with a shareholding ratio of 57.85%.

Additional Information: Mr. Li San Yim, is an executive director of the Company. Mr. Li San Yim and Ms Ngai Ngan Ying are husband and wife and wanted to be married in the same block of shares.
