Fuling Electric Power announced that the State Grid Integrated Energy Service Group Co., Ltd. previously planned to transfer 640 million shares of the company held by Chongqing Chuandong Electric Power Group Co., Ltd. to the State Grid Integrated Energy Group free of charge. As a result, the State Grid Co., Ltd. has completed the review and approval, and the State Grid Integrated Energy Group and Chuandong Electric Power signed the “Free Equity Transfer Agreement” on November 2, 2026; the transfer still requires compliance confirmation by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and completed transfer registration with the Shanghai Branch of China Securities Registration and Settlement Co., Ltd. After the transfer is completed, the direct controlling shareholder of the company will be changed from Chuandong Electric Power to the State Grid Integrated Energy Group, and the actual controller remains the State Council's State-owned Assets Administration Commission.
