Shiyao Group (01093): Phase I/II clinical trial of SYS6088 injection for the treatment of advanced solid tumors officially launched at the first research center in China

Zhitong Finance App News, Shiyao Group (01093) announced that the phase I/II clinical trial (SYS6088-001) of SYS6088 injection (this product) developed by the Group for the treatment of advanced solid tumors () has been officially launched at the first research center in China.

This product is a recombinant humanized anti-programmed death receptor 1 (PD1), vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA), and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-related antigen 4 (CTLA4). It can specifically bind PD1, CTLA4 on the surface of target cell membranes and VEGFA in the tumor microenvironment to restore the killing function of T lymphocytes (T cells) in the tumor microenvironment, inhibit angiogenesis, and amplify T cells during the immune activation phase. The modification of the Fc terminal reduces the risk of toxicity of this product and can effectively extend its half-life.

The Group received the “Drug Clinical Trial Approval Notice” issued by the China National Drug Administration in October 2026, and commenced phase I clinical trials of this product after approval. The phase I/II clinical trial initiated this time is the first human study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics and initial anti-tumor efficacy of this product in patients with advanced solid tumors. Currently, the recruitment and screening of participants for this clinical trial is being actively promoted.
