(hereinafter referred to as “Zhengzhou Base”) to be responsible for the construction, production and operation of the “Dongpeng Drinks Zhengzhou Production Base Project”. Recently, the Zhengzhou base signed a “State-owned Construction Land Use Rights Concession Contract” with the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Zhongmu County, Henan Province. The sale price was 98.05 million yuan.
