Beishui Capital raised Hong Kong stock ETFs in a big way. Yingfu Fund (02800), Southern Hang Seng Technology (03033), and Hang Seng China (02828) received net purchases of HK$16.507 billion, $4.314 billion, and HK$4.308 billion respectively. Zheshang International pointed out that overall, the fundamentals of Hong Kong stocks are bottoming out and stabilizing, but domestic demand and financing needs still need to be improved; the policy side continues to gain strength, capital to the south turned into a net outflow of capital, and sentiment continued to cool down after continuing adjustments in October. Although the current PE quantile valuation of Hong Kong stocks has declined, it is still above the middle. The risk premium is already at a historically low level. Improved valuation pressure is more dependent on improved profits and easing overseas interest rates. Short-term shocks are divided, and the medium term is cautiously optimistic.

Changfei Optical Fiber Cable (06869) received a net purchase of HK$4.36 million. Nomura released a report saying that in the past six months, Changfei Optical Fiber Cable's stock price fell by 53.5%, and the Hang Seng Index fell 10.2% during the same period, believing that market concerns about oversupply have been reflected. The bank expects the company to continue to benefit from strong AIDC demand in the second half of 2026 and 2027.

CNOOC (00883) received a net purchase of HK$41.46 million. CNOOC's net IFRS net profit for the third quarter was 33 billion yuan, up 2% year on year and down 29% quarter over quarter, mainly due to a loss of 7.2 billion yuan in overseas assets. J.P. Morgan Chase released a research report saying that CNOOC's third-quarter results were generally in line with expectations after excluding one-off projects, and production in the fourth quarter is expected to pick up with the resumption of production in Lingshui 17-2.

Jiantao laminate (01888) was sold in net sales of HK$188 million. Some domestic and foreign technology leaders reported a month-on-month decline in performance or the fourth quarter guidance fell short of expectations, driving the domestic PCB industry chain to retreat sharply. The market is worried that once the growth rate of demand for terminals such as AI cloud services and large-scale model training slows down, a large number of planned high-end production capacity will be released centrally, and supply and demand will reverse or trigger another price war, suppressing the profit level of the entire industry.

Kingsley Biotech (01548) had a net sale of HK$341 million. The US Treasury Department announced proposed rules for implementing the COINS Act on October 22 to include biotechnology in restrictions on foreign investment. The analysis points out that although the proposed rules of the US COINS Act expand technical coverage, it is clear that pure cash license-out is not restricted, and the mainstream BD model is basically unobstructed. The essence of the policy is to tighten equity cooperation, not to block products from going overseas.

In addition, Tencent (00700) received net purchases of HK$30.84 million, while Alibaba-W (09988) and SMIC (00981) had net sales of HK$309 million and HK$380 million respectively.
