Teliximab injection (GR1802 injection) is a recombinant all-human anti-IL-4Rα monoclonal antibody independently developed by the company. The target of action is IL-4Rα. Telicibimab injection can specifically bind human IL-4Rα on the cell surface, block the binding of IL-4, IL-13 and IL-4Rα, inhibit downstream STAT6 phosphorylation, and inhibit CD23 upregulation, thereby inhibiting the TH2 inflammatory response mediated by IL-4 or IL-13.
