Iran's armed forces chief of general staff Abdullahi said today, “A strong Iran has risen and taken control of the Strait of Hormuz, the main thoroughfare.” He explained the principles for achieving lasting peace in the region, including: ending the war on all fronts, including Lebanon and Palestine; completely lifting sanctions against Iran and unfreezing Iran's assets; paying compensation for the imposed war; Iran is not a debtor but a creditor; recognizing Iran's sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz; guaranteeing that it will not invade again, and establishing an autonomous security mechanism in the West Asia region.
