Allergy Therapeutics Plans to Delist from London's AIM

The British biotechnology company's board cited limited free float and lack of share liquidity, the costs and regulatory burden of maintaining the AIM listing, and the difficulty of raising equity at an acceptable valuation. Shareholders will decide on the proposal at an annual general meeting.
