ACG Metals to Acquire Majority Stake in Blue Moon Norway for $220 Million

03:31 AM EST, 11/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ACG Metals (ACG.L) agreed to acquire Blue Moon Norway from Blue Moon Metals in an all-stock deal valued at $220 million, the London-listed copper-focused production company said Tuesday. The transaction would cover Blue Moon Norway's 94.52% interest in the construction-stage Nussir copper mine in Norway and certain other development interests in the country. To fund the acquisition, ACG Metals will issue 8.85 million shares to Blue Moon Metals. Subject to shareholder approval and regulatory clearances, among other conditions, the deal is expected to close by Nov. 30, with a Dec. 15 long-stop date.
