Notice of the Guangdong Development and Reform Commission on issuing the “Guangdong Province Implementation Plan for Expanding Consumption”. The plan states that unreasonable restrictive measures should be cleaned up and optimized. Guide Guangzhou and Shenzhen to further optimize passenger car index management policies to guarantee the car purchase needs of “long-standing” car-free households over a period of time. Support all regions to adjust and optimize real estate policies according to urban policies to better meet residents' rigid and improved housing needs. Optimize the approval management of performing arts activities, and promote “one-stop” joint departmental approval and online processing of the entire process for large-scale mass events. Continue to simplify approval processes for promotional activities, outdoor displays, and temporary commercial facility construction. Liberalize access to commercial formats in public places such as parks.
