07:31 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Tadawul All Share Index closed Monday 0.45% in the green as investors digest the latest earnings releases of Saudi Arabian companies, as well as updates on the US-Iran conflict. Negotiators from Iran have left the talks in Doha, Qatar, that focused on the Middle Eastern country's seven-step plan to end its war with the US, media reports said, citing an official. The official added that a follow-up meeting is expected, with a draft proposal already being circulated. Back at home and in corporate news, Bawan (SASE:1302) and Advanced Petrochemical Co. (SASE:2330) reported lower financial results for the three months ended Sept. 30. On the other hand, Kingdom Holding Co. (SASE:4280), Catrion Catering Holding Co. (SASE:6004), and United International Holding (SASE:4083), d/b/a Tasheel, logged mixed results during the third quarter. All three companies logged lower attributable net profit but higher revenues. "Bawan continues to closely monitor geopolitical developments in the region and remains focused on effectively managing supply chain, operational and customer-related risks across its industrial sectors. The Group continues to benefit from diversified sourcing channels, pricing flexibility and disciplined inventory management. Given the evolving nature of these developments, management will continue assessing any potential long-term impact on the Group's operations and financial performance in future reporting periods," Bawan said in its earnings report. Advanced Petrochemical, Kingdom Holding, and Catrion Catering closed 2.35%, 1.48%, and 0.19% in the green. Bawan and Tasheel were 3.28% and 3.41% in the red. Meanwhile, Sumou Real Estate (SASE:4323) closed 1.07% higher as it secured two 48-month residential development projects from the Public Investment Fund's Saudi Downtown Co. unit.
