Jisheng Group Holdings (08133) plans to discount about 16.67% and issue a total of 7.634 million shares to raise about HK$1,517 million

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Jisheng Group Holdings (08133) announced that on November 2, 2026, the company plans to allocate and issue a total of 7.634 million subscribed shares to Subscriber I (Mr. Lin Shusong) and Subscriber II (Jinhui Consulting Co., Ltd.), accounting for approximately 20.00% of the company's current issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, and about 16.66% of the company's issued share capital after the expansion of subscribed shares. The subscription price of HK$0.2 per subscription share was discounted by approximately 16.67% from the closing price of HK$0.24 per share on November 2. The total proceeds and net proceeds from the subscription will be approximately HK$1,527,000 and HK$1,517,000 respectively. The company intends to use the proceeds from the subscription process as the general working capital of the Group.
