Euronext to Appoint NN Group CEO to Same Role

02:11 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Euronext's (ENX.PA, ENX.AS, ENX.BR, ENXP.LS) supervisory board plans to nominate David Knibbe as chief executive officer and chairman of the managing board, according to a Monday release. Knibbe, who serves as the CEO of financial services company NN Group (NN.AS), will succeed Stéphane Boujnah, who will step down from his role in May 2027. The appointment will be subject to clearance by the relevant authorities and the Dutch Minister of Finance. It will also require shareholder approval at the annual general meeting on May 20, 2027.
