Following the shareholders' special shareholders' meeting on September 17, 2026, the Registrar of Companies of the Cayman Islands has issued a registration certificate for the change of name to prove that the company's English name has been changed from “Abbisko Cayman Limited” to “Abbisko Medicine Co., Ltd.” However, the name in both Chinese and Chinese languages was changed from “Heyu Cayman Co., Ltd.” to “Heyu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.” with effect from September 18, 2026.

The Registrar of Hong Kong Companies issued a certificate of registration for a registered non-Hong Kong company with a change of name on October 15, 2026, certifying that the English name registered by the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong has been changed from “Abbisko Cayman Limited” to “Abbisko Medicine Co., Ltd.” However, the Chinese name has been changed from “Heyu Cayman Co., Ltd.” to “Heyu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.”
