10:25 AM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dubai Investments (DFM:DIC) unit DIP Holding is preparing to price its initial public offering on the Dubai Financial Market at 1.12 Emirati dirhams per share, the midpoint of its marketed price range, Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing terms it saw. The Dubai Investments Park owner, which marketed an IPO price of between 1.10 dirhams and 1.15 dirhams per share, tempered its valuation amid geopolitical uncertainty in the region, according to the report. The midpoint price will raise $529 million from Dubai Investments' sale of a 20% stake, compared with the maximum $543 million possible at the top of the range. DIP did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires. (Market Chatter news is derived from conversations with market professionals globally.
